Roles and Responsibilities-
1.Reporting to the Managing QS (“MQS”), he would be responsible for commercial activities of the project including but not limited to the following:
2.Represent the Commercial Department in project meetings.
3.Drafting day-to-day commercial correspondence/letters for MQS/Project Manager review.
4.Assisting the MQS in timely issuance of notices for delay, variation etc.
5.Assist the MQS in preparation of claim particulars.
6.Assisting MQS in preparation of CCVR and CTC Reports.
7.Quantity Take off, floating enquiries for materials and preparation of Comparative Statement for materials/subcontractors.
8.Cost Control and Reporting including Material Reconciliation and Unit Cost Analysis.
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quantity surveying.
Years of Experience –
8+ years of Middle East Experience in Roads & infrastructure works (Contractor Background).
