ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Experience: 7 – 10+ years of UAE experience in roads & infrastructure works

Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

Location: Dubai, UAE

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review of the Issued Tender Documents and raise queries/Clarifications to the Client

• Assisting Jr QS for Quantity take-off and BOQ build up/checking

• Floating enquiries to suppliers/subcontractors

• Coordinate with various departments for technical submissions

• Pricing the BOQ and the preliminaries with detailed breakdowns of labour, plant and materials

• Segregate priced BOQ into trade packages for Management review

• Prepare and Submission of Tender as per Client requirements

• Attend any post-tender meeting and incorporate any post-tender addendums
