๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field ๐ (Mandatory)
๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐: Fluent in English & Hindi

End-to-end recruitment for site and office positions

Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with management

Liaising with project teams for manpower requirements

Maintaining recruitment reports and employee records

Ensuring timely hiring to meet project demands

โ Strong recruitment and communication skills
