A leading contracting company in Dubai is looking for an experienced 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗿 to join their team.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Project Quantity Surveyor
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum 10 years of GCC experience in 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 🏙 and 𝗟𝘂𝘅𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 🏡
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 🎓
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Dubai, UAE

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

✅ Manage project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
✅ Monitor site progress, variations, and change orders.
✅ Handle claims, contractual correspondence, and subcontractor payments.
✅ Prepare cost reports, material reconciliations, and progress summaries.
✅ Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget.
