Roles and Responsibilities:
• Baseline programme preparation (Resource, cost & weightage loaded) • Monitor, Track, update & Preparation of Weekly/Monthly reports & presentations (Internal & External). Review of reports prepared by planners.
• Prepare daily, weekly, & monthly look ahead plans & targets in terms of quantity & resources
• Prepare cash flow & resource forecast for the project (quarterly)
• Prepare Notices, EOT claims & Perform Delay Analysis.
• Review & Monitor subcontract works & programmes
• Conduct project status review meetings periodically.
• And other planning related deliverables.
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering /construction management or equivalent
