Roles and Responsibilities
Develop baseline programs with resource, cost, and weightage allocation.
Monitor, track, and prepare weekly/monthly reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Create daily, weekly, and monthly look-ahead plans, along with resource targets.
Prepare cash flow and resource forecasts for quarterly project planning.
Assist with EOT claims and delay analysis as needed.
Utilize project management software such as Primavera and MS Project for planning and reporting.
Ensure projects adhere to construction sequences and allocated resources.
Requirements
Education: Bachelorโs degree in civil engineering or construction management.
Experience: 5-6 years of UAE infrastructure experience, preferably in Dubai.
Skills: Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, and project planning techniques.
Notice Period: Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
